Glamography Magazine aims to feature everyday women and their stories. Our mission is to give these women the opportunity to break out of their day-to-day, get glammed up a little, and celebrate their true, authentic selves. This is Shawn's feature from the upcoming issue of Glamography:

Empowerment & Celebration… I’m an outgoing & positive healthcare executive who enjoys mentoring my team to their fullest potential & contributing to the success of my company.

I enjoy spending time outside with my furkids & playing pickleball, despite sustaining an injury in what I thought would be an age appropriate sport! I want to be the best version of myself, be proud of what I have accomplished, and look brightly into the future. I’m excited to share with other women that “The Best is Yet to Come” and to embrace each opportunity! For me it is a time to step into a new adventure and hopefully find my someone special.

I am passionate about four-legged fur kids and supporting causes to help those who are looking for their forever home.

The unconditional love these fur kids provide is truly wonderful. For the past twenty years I have enjoyed participating in AKC events including dog shows & performance. Professionally, I have embraced a career in healthcare compliance for the past twenty-five years and enjoy seeing how my role positively impacts our patients & their families.

If I could impart a little wisdom onto others, it would be to celebrate your authentic self... life is hard, find your passion & pursue it endlessly! Invest in the future of others, as women we should celebrate & support one another in our accomplishments. Let God direct your steps on this journey of life, be present!
